Terms and Conditions

• All credit card transactions will incur a 2.5% surcharge
• Guests MUST present valid Passport or Drivers' License upon Check-in. Failure to present valid documents will result in denied check-in with no refund
• All rates are quoted in AUD (Australian Dollars)
• A $20 key deposit is required from EVERY guest and will be refunded to you upon check-out
• Driver's Licenses or Passports will not be accepted as key deposit
• All bookings between 23 December - 4 January MUST be a minimum of 7 days. No changes will be accepted after 30 November
•  If you plan to arrive between 23rd December & 4th of January a minimum stay of 7 nights is required. All reservations are to be held by Credit Card and will be charged in full on 1st of December 2012. Any Credit cards that decline will have their reservations cancelled. Cancellations after 1st December 2012 ( & before arrival date) will incur a penalty equal to that of your reservation.

• Special Periods include: Australia Day, Mardi Gras, Easter, Christmas & New Years

• Please note if booking more than 1 person into a dorm room, we cannot guarantee you will be in the same room. We will however try our best.

• No guest's under 18

Cancellation Policy

• 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations prior to check in. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival date will be charged the first night
• All No Shows will incur a 1 night charge per our cancelation policy
• There is a strict NO refund policy for all "In house guests" (Guests that are already checked in)
• There are no refunds for cancelations during peak periods including Christmas and New Year periods
