Terms and Conditions

• All credit card transactions will incur a 2.5% surcharge.
• Guests MUST present valid Passport or Drivers' License upon Check-in. Failure to present valid documents will result in denied check-in with no fund.
• All rates are quoted in AUD (Australian Dollars).
• A $20 key deposit is required from every guest and will be refunded to you upon check-out.
• Driver's Licenses or Passports will not be accepted as key deposit.
• All bookings between 22 December - 6 January MUST be a minimum of 7 days. No changes will be accepted after 30 November.
• Special Periods include: Australia Day, Mardi Gras, Easter, Christmas & New Years. 

• Please note that "special" period bookings will require partial or full pre payment before arrival

Cancellation Policy

• 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations prior to check in. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival date will be charged the first night.
• All No Shows will incur a 1 night charge per our cancellation policy.
• There is a strict NO refund policy for all "In house guests" (Guests that are already checked in)
• There are no refunds for cancellations during peak periods including Christmas and New Year periods
